Menor de 7 años aproximadamente, fue impactado por arma de fuego, tipo escopeta, por su hermano de 9 años, quienes se encontraban jugando al pistolero. El arma al parecer pertenecia a un miembro de la familia, al escuchar el estallido del rifle, los familiares trataron de socorrer al niño y llevarlo al camu de esta localidad, pero lamentablemente, los esfuerzos fueron en vano, al conducir al menor al centro asistencial, perdió la vida. El cuerpo se encuentra en la morgue del municipio de Montelibano.
