El pasado domingo 24 de abril, después del día de la tierra (22 de Abril) y el día del idioma, (23 de abril) el día del Señor, (Domingo), se llenó de emociones deportivas por el torneo de mini futbol  femenino categoría libre 2016 (dos mil dieciséis) en la cancha del barrio San Nicolás, en las horas de la tarde, escenario ubicado  al lado del hospital municipal de Planeta Rica; las deportistas de los diferentes clubes deportivos mostraron su garra a la hora de jugar al  balompié, estos fueron los resultados de los partidos, que aprovecharon el buen clima que hizo por la tarde:

La jugadora Sara Vásquez, con el numero nueve  el deportivo Centro Alegre anotó el primero y único gol del encuentro.

¡El deporte, un lenguaje de paz! Iniciaron las inscripciones para que los niños, niñas y adolescentes de todo el país, entre los 7 y 17 años se inscriban en la versión 2016 del programa Supérate Intercolegiados que irá hasta el 14 de abril. Cabe recordar que se podrán inscribir en cuatro categorías: Pre-infantil (7-9 años), Infantil (10-11 años), Categoría A (12-14 años), Categoría B (15-17 años) en 24 deportes. El Programa Supérate Intercolegiados contempla deportes para niños y niñas en condición de discapacidad (Ajedrez, Atletismo y Natación), también los niños y niñas no escolarizados podrán inscribirse a través de las Juntas de Acción Comunal y Cabildos Indígenas. El programa cuenta con una estrategia de incentivos para todos los niños. Dichos incentivos pueden ser de carácter tecnológico o implementación deportiva. Para los ganadores que se encuentran en último grado de bachillerato, tienen la oportunidad de estudiar a través de un crédito condonable hasta por 40.000.000 para educación superior. Y para los que están en grados menores tendrán la posibilidad de contar con un incentivo tecnológico para continuar con el desarrollo de su crecimiento educativo.
