Respondió el Asesor Cultural, Robin Naranjo Manchego: Tiene que ver

con el propósito este año de dignificar la labor de los músicos de banda, el congresillo ( Casa de la mujer 16 Nov, 9:30 a.m.) da un aporte cultural. El desfile pitalero no fue este año, por cambiar y porque se desgasta mucho las bandas y el tiempo.

The Cultural Advisor, Robin Naranjo Manchego responded: It has to do with the purpose this year of dignifying the work of band musicians, the congress (House of Women 16 Nov, 9:30 a.m.) gives a cultural contribution. The pitalero parade was not this year, because of changing and because the bands and the weather wear out a lot.

Respondió el Secretario de Educación, Esteban Castillo: Los planeteros seguimos soñando, queremos

estar contribuyendo con el progreso turístico del municipio y convertir al concurso nacional de bandas en la más alta expresión cultural del San Jorge.

Pregunta Rafael Verte, ¿Si el concurso perdurará por mas de 20 años, cual seria el aporte o logros en lo cultural y lo educativo? .

Responde Igualmente Esteban Castillo: La música y nuestro folclor, no puede dejarse al azahar, es por eso que esta administración involucra a la juventud, en la escuela de música de banda, creando la escuela de bellas artes para que este ritmo perdure en el tiempo.
