Más de mil jóvenes cordobeses no podrán ir a las urnas a votar este 27 de octubre, uno porque sus cédulas no llegaron a tiempo y otra porque fueron víctimas de la trashumancia de votos un total de 17 mil 709 cordobeses no podrá votar en el lugar donde inscribieron sus cédulas, porque según el Consejo Nacional Electoral, trastearon el voto a un sitio distinto al de su real residencia. Por lo general este tipo de actos vandálicos lo realizan los caciques politiqueros para perpetuar su poder en las elecciones municipales, pero gracias al sistema Adres, y las entidades: Sisben, Anspe, DPS, Uariv, empresas de telefonía móvil, cámaras de comercio, Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro y jurados de votación y de 43 mil visitas que realizaron comisiones instructoras del CNE para verificar la dirección reportada en el trámite de inscripción por cambio de puesto de votación. Se dieron de baja estas cédulas. Así que la juventud que hoy hace campaña en los diferentes partidos aptos para votar y que pasan el día, bajo el sol fatigante de la costa, a sueldo del político de turno, tendrá que esperar tres años para poder sufragar.
