Sin querer queriendo, se enfrentaron dos bandas o grupos de hinchas de los equipos del  campeonato de primera división del fútbol profesional de Colombia, que es organizado por la División Mayor del Fútbol Colombiano (Dimayor), los equipos  Nacional de Medellín  y Bucaramanga de Santander.

Ambos bandos iban rumbo a las ciudades de los partidos programados esta semana, gracias al testimonio del patrullero de policía Antoni Díaz pudimos verificar los hechos ocurridos en la ye vía a Pueblo Nuevo y Montería,

Uno de los viajeros se desplomo de la mula en la que iba agarrado, golpeándose fuertemente contra el pavimento hasta tal punto de quedar sangrando por la oreja izquierda, y maltratado en el pecho, el joven tuvo que ser trasladado al hospital local San Nicolás, para ser atendido de urgencia.
